Private Lessons

Private Driving Lesson:
This is an individual one-on-one lesson with the instructor or the student. We will pick you up at home, school, work or at one of our locations. The lessons are 45 minutes of instruction.

We also offer a 30 min. lesson from our 212 North Franklin St. office. The shorter version is for people who may not be able to afford a full lesson or one who wishes to "brush" up on their skills if they have had a license before or would like a pre-evaluation for the New York State road test.

Group Lessons:
We offer this service with a minimum of two students in the vehicle and maximum of three. Each student drives for 30 minutes. and observes during the rest of the time. Group lessons are very similar to drivers education.

5-Hour Pre-licensing Course:
This course is required for persons who have a New York State Learner's Permit. The course is required prior to taking their road test. Upon completion of the course, the student is issued a Certificate of Completion Form MV#278. They then can schedule their road test with that certificate.

6-Hour Defensive Driving Course:
This course is for persons without a permit, or a licensed driver wishing to enhance their driving skills and knowledge of defensive driving. Licensed drivers may receive up to 10% off their auto insurance as well as up to 4-points off their driving record. Upon completion this course may be taken every 18 months for the benefits.
